Our Head Chef, Steven is one of the leading chefs in East Anglia. and the AA has awarded his cooking Two Restaurant Rosettes. Each evening his brigade prepare a ‘Ten-Mile Dinner’ where he sources all the ingredients, where possible, from within about ten miles of the hotel. Cromer Crab, Morston mussels, Thornham oysters, Sheringham lobster and local meat and vegetables are all served in season. In summer pre-dinner drinks are served in the garden. Dinner is served at a single sitting: 7.30 for 8.00pm. The dining room is open every night of the week (advanced booking essential). If you have any dietary requirements, we will be pleased to specially cater for them. Sunday lunch is the only regular lunch served at the hotel and is very popular (advanced booking essential).
